Globe was recognized as a “Leading Employer” for 2025, placing it among the top 1 percent of global companies for workplace culture, employee experience, and people-centered practices.
The recognition follows independent research by the Institute of Research and Data Aggregation, which benchmarked thousands of employers globally. Key indicators included organizational reputation, employee satisfaction, HR policies, talent development and employer brand attractiveness.
“This honor affirms the strength of our vision and our commitment to creating an inclusive culture with meaningful support and initiatives that enable our people to grow and succeed,” said Globe chief human resource officer Renato Jiao.
“It validates what we’ve long believed internally – Globe is a place where people thrive because they’re recognized, uplifted and empowered,” he said.
Globe said its “Create Everyday Possibilities Employee Value Proposition” (EVP) is central to its recognition. The EVP guides the company in cultivating an environment where purpose drives performance through holistic talent development, inclusive leadership, and work-life integration.
