The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has granted accreditation to a service support training school of the Philippine Army,
TESDA provincial director Ben Hur Baniqued conferred the recognition on June 20 in a ceremony held at Camp Servillano Aquino in Tarlac City.

This accreditation made the Army’s Service Support Training School the first TESDA-accredited military training institution that offers vocational education to soldiers.
The accreditation followed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Army and TESDA last February.
