Researchers from the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) examine the behavior of Fall Armyworm (FAW) or ‘harabas’, and the natural ways to control them. FAW has been documented infesting rice seedlings in some rice-growing areas of Regions II, III and the Cordillera Administrative Region.
