Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan (third from left) chairs the Economy and Development (ED) Council Committee on Infrastructure (INFRACOM) meeting on May 2, 2025 at the DEPDev Office in Mandaluyong City. The committee discussed the approval of several draft implementing guidelines. Those that were approved will be endorsed to the President for final approval.
