Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma sign a memorandum of agreement to develop the Workers Rehabilitation Center Complex (WRCC) in Tanay, Rizal. The signing marks a significant step in empowering Filipino workers, especially those affected by work-related injuries, and fulfills the 1979 directive from President Ferdinand E.
