Bright Kindle Resources & Investments, Inc: Notice of postponement of annual stockholders’ meeting

To All Stockholders:

Please be informed that the annual meeting of stockholders of BRIGHT  KINDLE RESOURCES & INVESTMENTS, INC. (the “Corporation”) for  the year 2025, which is scheduled every last Thursday of May of each year,  has been postponed and reset to a later date.

The purpose of the postponement is to give Management sufficient time  to prepare for the meeting.

A Notice of Meeting will be issued in relation to the new meeting date. Makati City, 14 April 2025.
