Persons deprived of liberty at the Quezon City Jail female dormitory make beaded bags. The inmates are given access to elementary to college education with the assistance of the Quezon City University; healthcare including laboratory services, pregnancy tests and vaccinations; and skills training to enable them to join income-generating projects under the local government’s ‘No Woman Left Behind’ program.
