Officials of motorcycle ride-hailing app Joyride, in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), conduct a surprise inspection on riders at the LRT/MRT Taft Station in Pasay City on March 7, 2025. They checked whether the riders were registered through the company’s mobile app and possessed valid driver’s licenses. The initiative is part of Joyride’s campaign against the illegal use of their uniforms by fake riders involved in unlawful activities.
