Caloocan City Rep. Mitch Cajayon-Uy gives away accident insurance cards to over 2,000 village security men in conjunction with the observance of Fire Prevention Month. Uy said the village guards will also under basic fire and rescue training under the auspices of the Bureau of Fire Protection.
