Personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) begin preparing the EDSA People Power Monument along EDSA in Quezon City for the 39th EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary next week. Various schools and educational institutions have suspended their on site classes and shift to alternative learning module on February 25 in commemoration of the 1986 people power revolution.
