The eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, including Metro Manila, will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the effects of shear line, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.
According to PAGASA, shear line will be affecting Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Bulacan, and Aurora.

Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao.
Despite lacking significant impact, the Northeast Monsoon will be affecting the rest of the country.
As of 2:00 A.M. Tuesday, no Low Pressure Areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
