President Marcos leads the inauguration of a new Universal Robina Corp. (URC) flour milling plant in Sariaya, Quezon. Joining the President are Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella III, Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr., URC chairman Lance Gokongwei, president and CEO Irwin Lee, and flour division managing director Ellison Dean Lee.
