Horse-drawn carriages (kalesa) wait for passengers in front of the well-lit Plaza Roma in Intramuros, Manila. The Intramuros Administration partnered with power distribution firm Meralco for the ‘Liwanag Park’ that is free and open to the public daily from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. until Jan. 6, 2025.
