Timely to the release of this supplement is the impact of two motor show giants which held their 2024 editions this past week – the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) which ended yesterday and the 9th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) which runs until the end of today. Aside from showcasing a remarkable array of latest vehicles and mobility innovations, it was also each participating manufacturer’s promise and vision of ‘what’s ahead’ that ignited enthusiasm and excitement displayed amongst attendees. This is a testament to the growing acceptance and interest in driving towards more sustainable mobility in the country.
The PIMS and PEVS also provided a platform for industry leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by electrification as we are on the steady transition towards it.
