Vice Governor Athena Bryana Tolentino takes her oath as governor of Cavite following the presidential appointment of Gov. Jonvic Remulla as secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG). Provincial councilor Shernan Jaro takes over the post vacated by Tolentino.
