The Philippine Red Cross joins hands with the Department of Budget and Management, the Philippine Coast Guard, the Philippine Sports Commission, and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority in conducting a second bloodletting event dubbed “Dugtong Buhay Movement” held Tuesday at the PSC Complex (ULTRA) in Pasig City.
