Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) is seeking bids for a two-hectare mega service station that will be developed near the Clark International Airport in Pampanga province.
The “Drive, Dine and Fly: Mega Service Station” will be built on a property located 2.2 kilometers from the airport. “This prime and strategic location is ideal for the development of a gasoline and service center to cater to the high volume of vehicle traffic in the area,” CIAC said in a statement.
It said the initial lease term is 30 years, with a possible 20-year extension.
CIAC is a government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) responsible for developing, operating, managing and maintaining the 2,367-hectare Clark Civil Aviation Complex.
