“In participating in the BPO Olympics and similar events, our aim is not primarily to gain medals and prizes. The most important goal for us is to nurture the passions of our associates, no matter what these may be. Wellness, health, work-life balance—these are all important, non-negotiable assets of our workplace culture. That’s because healthy, passionate, happy, and balanced employees give our customers the best experience possible,” said Rowell Villalobos, Foundever Director for Organizational Development.

Foundever’s focus on employee health, wellness, and work-life balance is facilitated through its Circles Program. “The Circles Program is all about developing effectiveness among our associates on the professional and personal levels,” said Villalobos, adding that it is the umbrella program that designs and creates the various teams based on sports and other activities that Foundever associates are passionate about. Table Tennis at Foundever is just one of thesegroups. Circles complements Foundever’s overall Health and Wellness Program.”

Table Tennis at Foundever team members who competed include Ricardo A. Muli, Jr.; Kerwin Chanco; Melanie D. Jumawan; Celestino Rodriguez; Arnold John Velasco; Socorro Georlyn Atun; Paul Martin C. Panotes; Roarer Barnes; Bryzel Cris Bonggaitan; Lyndon Anthony, Jr.; J. Jose Ferry; Hannah Patricia; Terrence Kent Penales; and Andrian Jetajobe.
