President Marcos returns the salute of First Lady Liza Marcos and her nephew on the occasion of her birthday yesterday. At the center of the photo is a birthday cake sent by the Philippine Coast Guard which the First Lady joined as an ‘Auxiliary Vice Admiral’ of the PCG Auxiliary Executive Squadron.
