(second from the right). The BOI, through its One-Stop Action Center for Strategic Investments (OSACSI), issued the green lane certificate for Spotlight Power’s solar project. Expected to commence its operations in the second quarter of 2026, the 49.9-megawatt Mabini Solar Power Plant Project is a ground-mounted solar farm to be established on 41.25 hectares of land in Barangay San Pedro, Mabini, Pangasinan.
