A tugboat tows the Mexican Tall Training Ship, ARM Cuauhtemoc (BE-01), at Manila Bay for docking at the port of Manila. The tall ship ARM Cuauhtémoc is a sail training vessel used by the Mexican Navy to develop the seamanship skills of their cadets. It will conduct maritime exercises with the Philippine Navy.
