The 11th Infantry “Alakdan” Division on Thursday held a testimonial parade and review to honor the retiring and outgoing Division Commander, Maj. Gen. Ignatius N. Patrimonio, at its headquarters in Camp Teodulfo Bautista, Jolo, Sulu.
Maj. Gen. Patrimonio, a proud member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) “Sambisig” Class of 1991, will officially retire on August 14, 2024 after three decades of distinguished military service.

“My journey in the Army began with aspirations and dreams that have been shaped and refined over the years by countless experiences and challenges. As I progressed through the ranks, each role and responsibility taught me invaluable lessons, forged my character, and deepened my commitment to the mission of the Philippine Army. Reflecting deeply on my journey, I realize that it is not just the accomplishments that define us, but the challenges we overcome and the lessons we learn along the way,” said Maj. Gen. Patrimonio.
