Health workers from various public hospitals in Metro Manila troop to the Department of Budget and Management to oppose an executive order on pay hike which they called “stingy, unjust, and insulting to public health workers and other government employees who have been rendering their services wholeheartedly and tirelessly.” They group also seeks the immediate release of their ‘long overdue’ performance-based bonus from 2021 up to 2023.
