On August 5, 2024, the Newspaper Dealers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (NDAPI) held its induction ceremony for the 2024 officers at the National Press Club, Intramuros, Manila. The event, attended by key stakeholders and members, marked a new chapter for NDAPI.
President Melito Tulale, Vice-President Armando Frias, Secretary Regine Sibayan, Treasurer Amie Chanco Hernandez, Auditor Jerry Ladines, and the Board of Directors—Joey Pesigan, Rolando Sebastian, Arnel Venancio, Roland Mandia, Renato Manalastas, Cesar Manlangit, and Richard Sarmiento—were formally inducted.

In his address, President Tulale emphasized the importance of adapting to the evolving print distribution system in light of digital advancements. The new officers pledged to work collectively to enhance the efficiency of newspaper distribution and foster industry partnerships.
The ceremony underscored NDAPI’s commitment to supporting its members and ensuring the continued relevance of newspapers in the information ecosystem. Attendees expressed optimism for the innovative strategies the new leadership will introduce.
