Some NCR streets not passable due to heavy rains, flash floods

Some areas in Metro Manila were not passable on Wednesday morning due to the effects of heavy rainfall and flash floods.

In Paranaque, more than 20 streets and roads in barangays Baclaran, San Dionisio, San Isidro, Sto. Nino, Tambo, Vitalez, Don Bosco, Merville, Moonwalk, San Antonio, San Martin De Porres, and Sun Valley were not passable to light vehicles.

Manila, particularly Finance Road, Nakpil, Pedro Gil, Padre Faura, UN Avenue, Kalaw, Ayala and Espana Blvd up to Taft Avenue were also not passable to all types of vehicles.

In Taguig, floods up to 7 feet deep were reported across its 9 areas while some areas in Pasig, Navotas, and Valenzuela City also reported flooding in their areas.
