More than 600 Philippine Red Cross volunteers from Northern and Central Luzon regions take their oath en masse in ceremony held at the PRC Logistics and Training Center in Subic Bay Freeport Zone , Olongapo City. On hand to preside at the event are PRC chairman Richard Gordon, PRC secretary-general Dr. Gwen Pang, and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies president Kate Forbes.
