Philippine Coast Guard personnel headed by Capt. Jefferson Rico and Lt. Ronnie Esparagoza plant some 400 mangrove propagules in Barangay Dardarat, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur in collaboration with the town’s police force, the Bureau of Fire Protection, and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office.
