In a press briefing, Atin Ito convenors led by former associate justice Antonio Carpio show buoys that the group will place in the exclusive economic zone near the Bajo de Masinloc. Atin Ito–a coalition comprising various social movements, and nongovernment organizations–is set to conduct a second civilian mission to the West Philippine Sea.
