Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman and the rest of the economic team convene for the fourth meeting of the Investment Coordination Committee – Cabinet Committee (ICC-CC) this year at the Department of Finance (DOF). The ICC-CC discussed several official development assistance (ODA) projects including the Facility for Accelerating Studies for Infrastructure, the Philippine Solar Powered-Irrigation Project and the Infrastructure for Safer and Resilient Schools Project. Also present at the meeting are DOF Secretary Ralph Recto, National Economic and Development Authority Secretary Arsenio Balisacan and Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III.
