Senator Lito Lapid obliges to pose for a posterity photo during the ground-breaking ceremony for six-storey building of the Tarlac State University’s College of Science. Lapid allotted P180 million for the construction of the building while Senator Sherwin Gatchalian chipped in with P25 million for the project.
