Fur parents take their pet dogs to Philippine Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA) in Recto, Manila for check up and vaccination. The Department of Health said it has recorded 89 cases of rabies from January to March of 2024, which is two percent lower than the registered cases in the same period in 2023.
