12C4 Bread Station, a proudly Filipino bakery and soon to be Halal-certified, is set to expand in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia under a joint venture agreement. 124C Bread Station president Cholly Magpayo signs a memorandum of agreement with Zohari Mahur, chairman of ARZ Resources SDN BHD for the joint venture. Witnessing the event are Department of Trade and Industry Undersecretary Carol Pascual Sanchez, SBCorp. board member Voltaire Magpayo and Rizalshah Bin Zohari, ARZ Resources operations director.
