Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman meets with the National Government Administrative Center (NGAC) led by chairman Isaac David and president Patrick Nicholas on April 11, 2024. NGAC is a joint venture of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and MTD Clark Inc. that envisions a more efficient delivery of basic government services by providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ business processing.
