Stephen James Tan, Calbayog City Mayor Raymond Uy, Vice Mayor Res Daguman, SB members and Board Members In collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development successfully organized a Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution (CARD) Program event, benefiting 1,831 individuals at the Calbayog Sports Center in Calbayog City, Samar on Friday. The same group, with Leyte 3rd District Rep. Anna Victoria Veloso-Tuazon, also gave aid to 2,000 individuals at the Villaba Gymnasium in Villaba, Leyte, on Saturday (below).
