Promises to be a center of attraction at 2024 Manila International Auto Show

British automaker MG has officially kicked off the Philippine leg of its highly anticipated ‘Cyberster World Tour’. Throughout March, MG Philippines will be touring its groundbreaking all-electric sports car, the Cyberster in key destinations across Central and Southern Luzon, as well as the bustling metropolis of Metro Manila. Joining the tour are British adventurers Hugo and Ross Turner, known as the Turner Twins, who will drive the Cyberster through the country’s scenic routes and iconic landmarks.

“The MG Cyberster represents a new pinnacle of electric vehicle innovation for the brand, and as part of MG’s ambitious global expansion on its 100th year, we are honored to showcase the car’s capabilities in the stunning landscapes of the Philippines during its World Tour,” said Felix Jiang, president of SAIC Motors Philippines, MG’s parent company.

The MG Cyberster is an all-electric, two-door, two-seater convertible coupe powered by a 64-kWh 400V lithium-ion battery unit. With a range of 446 kilometers on a single full charge (based on WLTP Standard), the Cyberster represents a significant leap forward in the realm of performance electric vehicles.

Furthermore, Filipinos will also have the opportunity to see the MG Cyberster up close when it is formally introduced at the SMX Convention Center wing of the 2024 Manila International Auto Show from April 4 to 7, 2024. This event will provide a platform for MG to showcase the cutting-edge features and remarkable design of the Cyberster to the Filipino market.
