Korean rapper and singer Lucas Wong, a former member of K-pop boyband NCT and its Chinese sub-group WayV has continued his solo journey in music through the announcement of his upcoming first Asia fan concert tour.
In a report by Korean media outlet Naver, the “LUCAS FANCON TOUR IN ASIA: ‘FIAT LUX : 熙,’” will begin on April 13 in Hong Kong. Lucas is set to head to Manila on June 15. Other confirmed tour dates are May 11 in Jakarta and June 2 in Taipei.
The outlet further said that Lucas will be officially making his solo debut in April with the release of his single, “Renegade” on April 1.
Lucas made his debut as a member of NCT in 2018 with the release of “NCT 2018 Empathy,” their debut studio album. Following several controversies involving the idol in 2021, some of his activities had been canceled. In 2023, Lucas’ label, SM Entertainment, announced that the idol officially departed from NCT and WayV as he will be pursuing his solo career.
The idol has also made appearances as a cast member in several Korean television shows such as “Real Man 300,” “Law of the Jungle in Last Indian Ocean,” and “Keep Running.”
Further details regarding the fancon tour such as ticket sales and event venues have yet to be released to the public as of writing.
