Philex Mining Corp., one of the oldest and largest copper and gold producers in Southeast Asia, signs a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for salary increase with the Philex Mines Supervisory Employees Union (PMSEU) of its Padcal mine in simple ceremonies at the Baguio Country Club.
