The Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Laguna site office was inaugurated on January 10, 2024. With the completion, work begins on a 12.80-kilometer railway viaduct with elevated stations in San Pedro, Pacita, Biñan, and Santa Rosa, undertaken by Hyundai Engineering and Construction Ltd. and Dong-Ah Geological Engineering Ltd. Joint Venture.
