PLDT Inc. and its wireless unit Smart Communications Inc. usher 14,442 farmers, fisherfolk, cooperatives and micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) towards digitalization through their tech-enabled solutions in 2023, representing a 40-percent increase from 2022. Under its livelihood advocacy, PLDT and Smart enable them to participate in the digital economy.
