About 1,800 Dumaguete City students benefit from potable water due to the new filtration system donated by property developer Filinvest Land Inc. The state-of-the-art water filtration system is now being used by South City Elementary School (SCES) in Barangay Mangnao, Dumaguete City. FLI Area general manager for Visayas John Paul Escario is present during the system turnover together with Barangay Mangnao chairman Ramel Tayko, Barangay Mangnao councilor Ricardo Valencia and FLI geographic planning head in Visayas Phil Calumpang.
