Sisterhood pact

San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora (center) and Magdiwang, Romblon Mayor Arthur Rey Tansiongco give the thumbs-up after signing an agreement of sisterhood relationship between their local governments at the atrium of San Juan City Hall on Thursday. They aim to share their best practices in tourism, culture and the arts, social services, public health, and environment protection.
