Makati Mayor Abby Binay (third from right) graced the opening day of the “Haligi ng Harayang Filipino: An Exhibition on Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan and Orden ng Pambansang Alagad ng Sining” at the Museo ng Makati with the participation of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and the Filipino Heritage Festival.
