Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan and National Museum of the Philippines Director General Jeremy Barns lead the unveiling of a marker declaring Manila City Hall building as important cultural property on Monday, September 18, 2023. The Manila City Hall was built in 1941 right before World War II and was heavily damaged during the liberation of Manila in 1945.
