EastWest Ageas Insurance employees plant 400 endemic trees at Quezon City’s La Mesa Watershed as part of the company’s commitment to the Filipino community and the environment. With the fire of volunteerism lit within them, about 50 employees from the company’s head office traveled from Taguig City to participate in ABS-CBN’s ‘Plant a Forest’ initiative. EastWest Ageas Insurance, a joint venture between global insurer Ageas and East West Banking Corp., intends to expand its ESG support as a form of insurance for the planet’s future sustainability.
