DoubleDragon Corp. said Tuesday it will open five-star luxury serviced apartment ASCOTT-DD Meridian Park in 2024.
DoubleDragon said in a disclosure to the stock exchange subsidiary DoubleDragon Properties Corp. held a topping off ceremony on the 300-room serviced apartment as the building structure and topmost floor of the project were completed.
ASCOTT-DD Meridian Park, which sits on a 5,567-square-meter lot at the five-hectare DoubleDragon Meridian Park, is expected to be operational and begin generating recurring revenues by 2024.
The Ascott Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore based property company Capital Land, will operate and manage Ascott-DD Meridian Park.
“The premium luxury development ASCOTT-DD Meridian Park will complete and further enhance the mix of the whole complex as it is positioned to be the mini-central business district in the Bay Area of Pasay City,” DoubleDragon said.
