Quezon Governor Angelina Tan and Vice-Governor Anacleto Alcala led the wreath-laying ceremony as Quezon Province commemorates the 145th birth anniversary of former President Manuel Luis Quezon on Saturday at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Lucena City.
