Barbara “Tweetums” Gonzalez-Ventura will be conducting Batch Two of the Write About Life workshop at Sunshine Place. The workshop begins tomorrow, August 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This workshop follows the success of the inaugural Write About Life Workshop that commenced in July. Now is the ideal moment to delve deeper into self-discovery through writing. Learn the most effective methods to convey at least one life lesson you’ve acquired and how to amplify your voice through the written word.
Gonzalez-Ventura, Philippine Star columnist for “From My Heart” (Every Sunday), is also the author of How Do You Know Your Pearls Are Real? On Single Parenthood and Other Ms. Adventures. She was awarded the National Book Award in 1991 by the Manila Critics Circle for her work.
Additionally, Gonzalez-Ventura’s collection of columns on ordinary life, “We’re History!”, showcases her 35 years of experience as a columnist. She has been imparting the art of writing since 1988.
