Members of the militant Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas, joined by environmentalist groups led by the Kalikasan People’s Network for the Environment, stage a protest rally at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) headquarters in Quezon City to demand ‘immediate revocation’ of environmental permits of reclamation and dredging activities at the Manila Bay.
