National Capital Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Regions 1, 2, 3, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10.

“Regional offices are further instructed to monitor the weather conditions within their respective jurisdiction. In response to the
effects of said tropical depression, ROs are likewise directed to facilitate emergency response and humanitarian assistance,” Pasco
said.
