A Brown Company Inc., a property firm with projects in Mindanao, said it is further expanding its real estate portfolio with the launch of environment-friendly and low-density communities.
ABCI president Robertino Pizarro said in a statement the company lined up sustainable and resilient developments to meet the rising demand for healthier living spaces.
“Record-breaking real estate sales affirm the shift of the company’s thrust to both vertical and horizontal healthy living conditions as the current market demand. The market mindset has changed and our buyers are choosing to spend more for a healthier environment,” Pizarro said.
Among the company’s major projects in 2023 are the 280-hectare Mountain Pines Agro-Tourism and Retirement Estates, an agro-tourism retirement residential development in Bukidnon province.
It is also developing several vertical developments in Mindanao, including Alexandrite Columns in Cagayan de Oro City, which features resort-like amenities and Coral Bay Suites in Initao, Misamis Oriental, which is a residential condominium project featuring four condominium buildings with bayfront views.
It is also developing Xavier East Ridge Estates also in Cagayan de Oro, West Coast Greenfield in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte and Highland Fairway Suites, a 198-unit condominium development with views of the West Highlands Golf Course in Butuan City.
